Cate Baker

Cate is a Town Planner at Lateral Planning.  Cate brings over 18 years experience in commercial leasing, community engagement and town planning.​  A background in property, specialising in tenant representation has provided Cate with strong project management skills, a unique understanding of the development process and related economic indicators to help inform client development strategies and decision making.​  Cate has successfully contributed to a range of multi-disciplinary project teams in the preparation and approval of place plans and design guidelines for local government and statutory authorities.  This cross-section of experience with placemaking, place plan development and community engagement adds value to her projects.​
