MELVILLE AGED CARE AND INDEPENDENT LIVING COMPLEX
Lateral Planning, assisted Hall and Prior with obtaining approval for a 6 storey Aged Care and Independent Living Complex in the Stock Road Melville District Centre. The proposed development was designed by Hassell architects and received overwhelming support from the City's Design Review Panel, before being approved by the Development Assessment Panel.
When constructed it is expected that the development will provide a much needed service within Melville, and will alleviate pressure currently experienced by Royal Fremantle Hospital.
